It offers a switching capacity of 10 Gbps and a forwarding rate of 7.4 million packets per second (Mpps). The switch supports IEEE 802.3X flow control for reliable data transmission and energy-efficient Ethernet (EEE) to reduce power consumption. Its compact desktop design is also wall-mountable, making it versatile for various setups. The LS1005G supports jumbo frames up to 16 KB and has a MAC address table size of 2,000 entries with 1.5 MB packet buffer memory.
